not too long, about an hour to drop my 30 out - another 45 minute to eat breakfast and swap out a few bits and the another 2 hours to bolt in the 44 and get everything torqued and bled. it didnt help the it was HOT and HUMID as all get out!!!

we also did a quick shock swap on MobyJrs rig.... looked like the pits at Daytona for about 30 minutes! parts and tools flying everywhere !!!
