last time I recall this much rain in California was the summer of HS graduation, '77-78.
Friend and I would spend the summer helping his dad clear land but there was so much rain and mud slides seems like all we did was work to get equipment unstuck.

We were still in socal at that time. Came up here in 2018.
Okay, I wasn't sure. That was a big storm year too. The kind that everyone keeps saying will never happen again only, it does and now it's because of "climate change".
