Is that a serious question? Fast and high RPM's will of course make your mileage worse.

You get 154 miles for a half a tank (about). At 3.5 thousand RPM's getting almost 300 miles per tank isn't bad with a 3.8.

I would be lucky if I got 230 miles per tank just driving around town...but as stated it's not a hybrid and wouldn't have it any other way. Still better mpg than the CJ8 though!
