SHOW us the SNOW!!

On my drive home today. Nearly 50 miles of driving in this, took about 2.5 hours.

The weather has been very odd, this morning I left my house (it was -8) and drove south 50 miles to Big Sky (it was +40). There was a strong line where it jumped from -6 to +25 and my whole Jeep fogged up.

Man thats no joke driving in that weather out there. I got stuck in Wyoming years ago when they shut the gates on I-80 in that kind of weather.
It was rain in Nebraska & once up on the plateau in Wyoming temp plummeted & it turned into that mess

Wyoming gets crazy weather too for sure. I’ve been caught in some wild snow storms there when I was younger. Once in June too!

I forgot to mention too, Big Sky is 3,500’ higher in elevation.

Wow, that’s crazy!

Years back my unit would go to Helena every winter for a month of Winter Warfare training. Then we would go up to Hamilton every summer for a few weeks to do rock climbing. I enjoyed the summers but not so much the winter! 😂🤣 Montana is beautiful but will kick your ass if you don’t pay attention.
