That's about what it looked like in Carson City too or at least, what it looked like from my security cam but it all melted by 9am. Your 392 looks good all frosted up

Sposed to get 16-18 inches of snow this weekend. Looks like it’s brutal up in the mountains already.
I may venture up there Sunday or Monday to check it out.

I forgot to turn on the snow melt system at this house, had to shovel 2-3 feet of snow on these balconies.

Leaving in the morning for three days in Disneyland so I’ll probably be ready for some Jeep time come the weekend.
