Thanks! I used 1" sch 40 black pipe and a cheap HF bender. Not ideal, but it did the job.

Corners and back plate attached.


Test fit before final grinding.


All edges ground down and winch test fit.


Bars installed.


Getting LineX sprayed on it.

It's all homemade. Bumpers, fenders, tie rod and drag link, tire carrier, skid plates, air tank, axles. Everything but the rock sliders because they were on it when I got it.

It's nice because I can make things the way I want them, and this way I can actually afford to do it.

Thanks guys. I really liked the metal cloak, but didn't like how they didn't angle inward in the tops. I was going for the pissed off Yamaha raptor kinda look. Turned out exactly how I wanted them.

Did the mock up with thin sheet metal and used it as a template for cutting the 1/16" metal.

That is just the fenders, his jeep is made up of a lot of homemade parts, all very well done
