R RacerX10 New member Mar 12, 2017 #22 My 2008 JKU has 195,000 miles on it. Just dropped in a low miles (30k) transmission, did it myself only cost a grand. Got a quote to rebuild the motor for $1,500.00 when it needs it. No reason to buy new.
