Since they moved the rollbar back a little there isn't much room on the side for a sub. I agree, I am not happy with the location, but I don't see many places they could move it. My plan was to just build a custom box and move the sub location, but I am not sure how feasible that is.

Played with one at the dealer and the mesh it strong, it will take a lot of weight. Water, is questionable but it is supposedly its water proof. I am not sure how my dogs are going to like it (when I receive mine) and how quickly it will look like crap from loading, unloading, dog nails and other such things I question if Jeep thought of in this design. The new stereo is significantly better imo.

I play softball and I have a sandy bat bag I carry around. I don't want sand and dirty in there.
 
Protection

I figured before I dip the BLUBICON in the mud and make it impossible to do a good job, I thought I would POR15 what the factory does such a shotty job of doing in the first place. Here are some after pics.

nice stinger, is that maximus 3? if so did you order from them and how was the transaction? smooth and pleasant or a nightmare? reason i ask is because they seem to be the cheapest winch mount for these style of bumpers. thanks. and jeep looks good.

I actually ordered through Rubitrux, and the part is drop shipped from Maximus. The didn't ship it for 9 days. I got the story that the order slipped through the cracks. Not sure who was at fault.

Ok, the maximus website just seems a bit shady to me. But I guess people order from them. Thanks for the heads up.

The people are super nice when you call, and the website is crappy, but I think its just a little operation. The part was top notch with color instructions. lol
