Rotopax mount

I’ve got some rotopax mounts I’d like to attach to the rear roll bar of my jku however, finding the correct mount is difficult to do! I’ve made one myself but it looks like dogshit to be honest. You guys have any special mounts you can suggest to use?

Those aren’t that great. I’d recommend a fab collar from RockHard and build off that. A full rotopax will be heavy enough to cause anything less to come loose.

Those brackets look a little flimsy for a tank. That bolt hole is pretty small too.

I'm assuming you're going to carry water and not fuel inside your Jeep?

Yes water! The fuel is on the spare tire outside of course!!

Those look super sturdy but aren’t the right size. The roll bar in the rear is 2.25”. That post says those mounts are 1.75”. I ordered a kc Mount to see if it’ll work! Fingers crossed!

Happen to find one of those garvin rotopax mounts on the local ads around town, picked it up and the rockslide engineering spare tire mount for dirt! But the KC Mount seems to fit around the roll bar perfectly! Still gonna test it out and probably sell the rockslide mount.
