I have no experience with this stuff, what are you planning on rhino lining?

I was considering the entire exterior of the vehicle but after some of the posts i am not too sure now. I want the matte OD green look but also additional scratch and dent protection. But it almost sounds like the rhino lining would be good for that but will end up looking like crap in a few years.
