As OverlanderJK said, that is EVO1 in that photo a long time ago. Be aware that this flare is considered EVO mfg's "Outlaw Flare" or the "Builder Flare" and could be very illegal in your state. I run them, but I live in Arizona and its allowed. Plus we really don't have any kind of bad weather here, but if we did it would certainly make for an exceptionally dirty jeep since there is nothing to keep road grime from being slung. I have driven in really bad rain and the lack of tire coverage allows super high rooster tails to come off the tires
