Damn weather keeps getting worse and worse .... Smh. If its going to be raining all weekend I might not camp

It's not looking fantastic, but we're only at a 40% chance of rain according to weather.com. Maybe it'll only rain over RC for some fun trails but stay dry at camp? :D

I'm all for the mud but I'm not all for setting up a tent in the rain and being wet all weekend lol I'm going to keep an eye peeled but as of not its rain Friday straight through Sunday Nd if that's the case I'm just going to get a room at a motel close by

Totally agree. I'm on Kayak.com looking around as we speak. Lane, don't worry, I'll still pay my share of the campsite even if I don't end up camping for any reason.

Comfort Inn has a Raush Creek rate of $65 and it's nice there. We've stayed there quite a few times :)
 
Same here lane ill still take care of my site if you already paid no worries , plus if I get a motel room and Sunday turns out to be sunny we can put everyone's doors in my room if rausch doesn't have a lock up for them

View attachment 36604 If anyone has an ENO hammock, it will set up inside a 4 door JK. ( I have one, but I took the picture from elsewhere) If it's supper shitty, i'll be at the JK lodge... No toilets, but there is wall to wall sound and A/C

Ninja, you are spot on. If you follow the link from the RC page, it pops up at $65/night. Or just click here. I'm hoping the weather holds (I really am), but if it's looking like rain all weekend the wife & I will be camping at the Comfort Inn both nights.

Guys, I stayed at that Comfort Inn the first night last time. There won't be anyone BUT jeepers there. The parking lt must have had 50-75 jeeps and it was lit up all night with guys drinking beer and working on their rigs. It's not a bad option, but I'd be surprised if there are many rooms at this point
 
If I have to camp in the rain I will but if I can find a cheap room I think I'm going that route to be safe
