Really long story short is the pinion bearings failed. Pep boys will be buying me new parts after I take them to court

Nope a shop in NJ did but when I went to get my stock ds off last weekend I took it to pep boys to zip off the pinion nut cause It was to tight. I come to find out they took a hammer to the pinion bending the seal. This lead to the bearing failing and this happening
