Another case of "Google told me it was 15 minutes shorter"?Was out in the middle of the desert and ran into this old guy from Montana (really had no business being out here) sunk to the frame in a silt bed.
Funny how when you're in a built up Jeep, you never give these things a second thought other than to know you're gonna create a lot of dust.

Smokin on a Sunday morning!!
The Pork loins are out, resting/cooling, they will set out on the table outside covered in foil until before I go to bed, then I will put them in the fridge so they are cold tomorrow when I slice them into a little over an inch chops, which will be vaccum sealed and frozen. The Beef roasts are wrapped in foil and finishing in the oven, some of which we will eat tonight. That is what my Wife was telling me
It really was luck that we came across the guy. He apparently had camp set up a few miles away, had to walk back to it and then rode back with his bike. Lucky for him too that it's not the middle of summer LOL
