Part of the problem in California is they won't let them stay in prison for any length of time. Prop 57 has made it to where the governor can adjust sentence structure to just let them all out regardless of what they were sentenced to by a judge.
 
Scale model hanging from the ceiling of our hangar. It was started by a c-oworker's grandfather working from actual Tri-Motor prints. Unfortunately, the grandfather died before the model was completed

He machined custom dies to press the corrugated aluminum skin to scale. It's difficult enough to make full sized corrugated skins to repair existing Tri-Motors
