Same thing here in Michigan. More of a Pain than a safety risk. But no more bird feeders and you have to keep your garbage in.

The two under it are in the back seat. There's another kid up front driving. But yes most of the horses know the way home. Nothing like driving to work at 2 in the morning and having a buggy dart across the highway in front of you without stopping. All while the "driver" is passed out sleeping.

I saw a lot of dead horses and Amish people in my 16 years on the fd from that exact thing. Drinking and buggy driving, not hauling bathtubs
