Saw this on my way home. So it looks like a Santa sleigh, with mannequin bodies and heads sitting looking forward, slight right. The front three passengers are equipped with bike helmets, and the last is Santa hat and gas mask. Kinda modern mad Max ish. I was laughing for miles!
