Bingo! Well I didn't buy it raw. Anyways, the company fixed the problem within 30 minutes of me notifying them so I'm satisfied. Mistakes happen and what's important is how you fix the mistake.

Yup that's it, place a two liter bottle that's has been frozen inside and out comes 41 degree air. Simple and cheep.
