I've never heard of water transfer painting

Its pretty cool. I saw them do some "carbon fiber" inserts for a car on wheeler dealers

This was from Monday the water is normally 20' to 30' below the bridge, now there talking it's gonna tear the bridge out, and we have heard anywhere from 3" to 12" of snow starting tonight thru Monday. So ready for spring...
