Shouldn't be too hard. Just making the top thin pieces strong enough for the rowdy boy's inevitable swinging off of would be the biggest concern.

You mean you wouldn't just use .120 wall tubing for that?? What if they fall asleep at the wheel and then rollover?? The odds of that happening are higher than anything!!
