Saw this nice work on the front of a truck at the hospital yesterday.... These are mounts for a tow bar, and they are mounted to a super thin bumper!!! Scary!! Saw this jk today and had to take a picture. Spare tire ratchet strapped to the hardtop and I don't know wtf is up with the small wheels mounted to the rear frame rails. I suppose he thought for dripping off a ledge but it would probably just break the wheels off
