Hard to tell, but it's either a Factory 5 (kit car, but the BEST one out there for kits) or a Contemporary Cobra (not a kit, but a roller chassis, just add engine/trans), they actually built the Shelby Continuation Series Cobras for a few years, all aluminum cars like the originals and were available to be put in the Shelby Registry.

Well it was loud and awesome! Looked really clean and no corners cut if it was a kit.
