Fuck the sprinklers. I’ll manually water them. Yard was spiked and seed planted. Dog is pissed she has nowhere to run and play now. Shouldn’t be long though hopefully.

Having 2 dogs, a couple small strips of artificial grass in the back which were in when we bought the house, are perfect. Just a bit old looking so I plan on replacing them with new artifical grass. Sod or seed would be dead so quick..haha.

Been keeping on the watering today. I threw some new soil and manure over top of the raked seed. It looks better already so hopeful something comes in with this.

I am manually turning the valve on so I’m not really standing there with a hose. They work that way. If we stay at this place I’ll have someone come fix them. If not, fuck it.

Lol I have them on long cables out front right now. Whenever I go back, my dogs are trying to sneak out there.
Plus, I’m just letting my chickens roam my back yard fertilizing it.
