I’ve not experienced this yet and I’ve had an ITC membership since 2000ish or so, whenever it first started up. My boys and there friends used to spend way too much time in my garage wrenching on their more faster more furiouser cars and I didn’t want my good tools walking away so I built them a pretty decent set out of HF offerings.
Had a cabin in the Ozarks that we only got to visit two or three times a year and it was all HF household tools that if were stolen I wasn’t going to lose tons of sleep over.
A lot of the HF experience has to do with the manager on duty…
