I agree. Tip jars for literally doing nothing more than your job. If I got one of those I'd laugh my ass off. Honestly I only have one because people have asked.I didn't have one for a long time. If I get a tip great if I don't great. You still get the same service and product from me. As I say Tips are always appreciated never obligated.
