what this country needs are mental hospitals opened back up. your local hospital is not really designed to house those folks for long term care. jail certainly isn't the place for them. they need to be put away for life and closely monitored. but because of civil right lawyers, those place don't really exist like they did years ago. no one has the balls to bring it up.
