It's going to come down to 'Try that in a small town.' There's small town communities all over the country that will come together and help each other out to ensure survival of the fittest. Look how the looters in the big cities are uniting just to take over a convenience store, the same will happen with regular citizens in small towns when they're threatened with an outside force.
