Yup, if the sites had done it themselves without outside government interference, then that was within their rights as owners.

BUT, the second Uncle Sam started to interject it's opinion it became Unconstitutional and illegal.

Too bad there is nothing that can be done short of a Revolution. Both parties are complicit in this type of thing.
