Freedom is scary, takes effort, and requires responsibility. Unfortunately too many Americans are not up to the task. Sad.

Any dealer in a nonCARB state will not get PHEV or EV for dealer inventory, but can still be ordered by any of these dealers.

So the only thing that has changed is the shipment for standard dealer inventory.

I see this making dealers quickly move to make changes so that they stop losing sales.
I don't know what the ICE/EV/PHEV sales ratios are, but I'm guessing it's going to hurt.
