that some serious bull shit. Who ever at the dealership handed the kid the keys should be the one sued for giving the keys to a non licensed kid to drive. Hopefully anyone in that area boycotts this dealership, and jeep take's there dealership away.
 
Every shop I've ever worked in has had someone who doesn't know how to drive a stick. And every time the issue comes up, that person comes up to the front and tells someone, 'Hey I can't drive that. It's stick.' And someone else move's the vehicle. It's not tough.

that's some fucked up state law.
 
So that lawyer is correct that one worker cannot typically sue a coworker, or their collective employer, for an on the job injury/accident in a state with a workers compensation system.

Sounds like he is going for some sort of negligent entrustment argument against the owner. That argument should fall flat on its face and the judge should make plaintiff’s counsel pay all defense fees and cost for bringing a frivolous claim.
