glad to see no one seriously hurt.
Noticed the stalled vehicle was left in the traffic lane, when I lived in Houston I noticed a lot of this shit especially on the freeways.
Never understood why they didn't pull off onto the emergency lane, I had too many close encounters of a stranded POS left in the traffic lane with no hazards (or they died). Was happy to move out of Houston.
