They can’t truthfully fill out the 4473 but a private sale doesn’t require a 4473 in a lot of states.

How many laws do American citizens get to break? Seems like being an illegal gets you far more leeway than being a citizen.

We are told it is not practical to deport 20-30 million illegals, however if the same number of citizens refused to pay income taxes the FedGov would spare no expense going after them.

When I was in Arkansas a couple weeks ago I went to the grand opening of a restaurant called Slim Chickens. Just so happened that the manager was a former Marine who had also been stationed at 29 Palms. Had a long conversation and asked if they had any intention on moving West. He said everywhere but California.
Said rules, regulations, and laws made it cost prohibitive.
Wish this place could implode and get the rebuilding process started.
