Raising a Jeep with Coilovers and no Lift

Sorry if this has been asked before but it’s impossible to find when “coilovers” and “lift” are found 1.5 million times on this site. 😂

How do you guys go about raising the Jeep high enough to get all four tires off the ground so you can remove the coilovers for service and what not?

You need really tall jack stands. 6 Tons is a minimum to get you the height you need. Raise your jeep from the axles and get it as high as you can before setting it on the stands on the frame rails just behind the control arm mounts. If needed, remove your tires before setting your Jeep on the stands as that will allow for more droop too.

Awesome thanks, Eddie! Laughing at myself right now because I didn’t even consider removing the tires. 😂
