I am looking forward to upgrade my 3.8 Sahara to 60, is it necessary to change the tran case to rubicon one or just keep it is ok?

You dont have to change the tcase but it would sure help if you plan on any crawling

You definitely do not need to change the transfer case. A rubicon case will give you a lot better crawl gear but if you don’t plan on doing any slow speed crawling I wouldn’t.

Yea. I’m just glad to see they are still made in my hometown at the New Process Gear facility.
