Pulleys - What Everyone Should Know

I’ve only been carrying around a single snatch block and haven’t considered adding since I’ve been fortunate enough not to need the winch for myself just yet. I’ll get some more after seeing this. Awesome video, I definitely had no Indy *why* precisely pulleys worked the way they do

Snatch blocks don’t always double your pulling power...if you attach one to a tree saver around a tree, then go to a rig that you want to pull out, it only redirects the line of pull...the line needs to come back to the winch vehicle first to double the pulling power...it’s a good idea tow carry more than one.
