PSC Hydraulic assist chatter

Thanks Jeeeep, I think I am headed down a path of replacing the tie rod, and I thought you said in one of the posts that you just bought the Yeti from steersmarts... What is your reasoning for tossing your synergy and going to that? I was thinking the synergy looked like a great setup...

I think the tie rod is strong enough but also feel the straighter design reduces steering and puts extra unnecessary force on the ujoints and knuckle. I don't have any proof or method for testing but jeeps I've driven with similar set up and factory tie rod just seem a little better.

I went with steer smarts because I'm also doing the drag link flip and not having to drill the knuckle seems like a good option. Biggest reason was price over Currie for hopefully something just as strong or stronger. I like that it follows the stock design and mostly it's cheaper than currie
