Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe 07-11 JK's have the teflon insert to cause this problem.

Yes sir did about 3 weeks ago.... though 2 of the weeks the jeep was getting a new transmission but it's nice.

Do you have any pics of how you routed the hoses?
I went with the inline alum cooler since my jeep already has a trans cooler from factory.

Here you go bro. High pressure line I routed from the pump on top of the round cross member in between the lower radiator hose and the fan. Secured it with some clamps screwed into the top of it to reduce movement. Then routed kinda under/behind the coolant reservoir and around to the top of the box
The low pressure line goes from the box routed to the front side of the radiator support where I mounted the cooler to the underside and then around the passenger side of the support up to the PSC reservoir.
Hope that helps... I know there's a lot of shit going on under there.

Jeff, I was reading your installation guide and it looks like you use brass push lock fittings. Any change you can do a "race" quality hose configuration or provide a BOM, so I can source my own hose and race fittings? Also want to know if there is any value in upgrading to a larger diameter ram when I order the kit?
