If anyone needs an easy way to add power accessory connections to their terminals, don’t mount hem to the tightening bolt, that seems to always cause issues.
Instead, drill a hole through the flat section, tap some threads in it, screw in a bolt from underneath. Takes 5 minutes and costs next to nothing.

Yeah, should’ve paid better attention in school, could have a JL instead of a rusty TJ [emoji38]I hate what Michigan salt does to Jeeps.

It’s admittedly more than I knew about and I definitely bit off more than I want to chew, but here I am, chewing this like a $2 steak. Still miles ahead of the old Jeep, still attacking this smarter than the last one, but still a big ass project that makes you stare at it like “damn I don’t even know what to do first”

I know what I’d do first: get rid of it and get one not from that side of the country [emoji23]
My last Jeep (TJ) came from Pennsylvania originally and I didn’t notice the rust (I was young and dumb) at first. Thought I could deal once I found it. Sold it 6 months later and never looked back lol

Thanks! Yeah they’re coming along. I understand how they’re more convenient for popping off the upper and throwing them in the back to drive around and toss them back on quick when it rains. But I’m used to driving naked all summer anyways, and my biggest complaint is that it’s just the wrong height for my left arm. Its like 6-8” shorter than a full door and isn’t comfortable for my lazy leaned over style of driving.Turned out pretty nice. Wish I had half doors for my JK so bad....
I'm sure if you don't want those half doors some one will pay top dollar for them.
