Caught the Bug
I had this happen on one screw. I was able to get a pair of small needle nose vise grips between the rock skin and the body and clamp them onto the nutsert, then I was able to remove the screw. I then re threaded the astro tool back into it and crimped it down some more. I didn't get a good crimp on it the first time I guess. Put it all back together and it tightened up the 2nd time.
