Yes, this is a Gladiator specific setup. When you talk about the 4 link set up coming and gas tank, to your knowledge will that be Gladiator specific?
LOL - I think something a little bigger under the hood first will be necessary for that. Can’t wait to see the detail video and you ripping though the desert
Now we’re talking!!LOL - I think something a little bigger under the hood first will be necessary for that.
Bet you wish you still had your JTNow we’re talking!!
Well just more money that I will be putting into my JT in the future. LOLI think a few of you might be interested in seeing these pics as well. This first one is of a factory Jeep Gladiator rear drive shaft at a full droop. As you'll notice, the pinion drops substantially due to the factory control arm geometry.
On a u-joint style drive shaft, this would cause quite a bit of bind and when running a tall lift, it can be difficult to address driveline vibrations.
That said, this is what we now see with our new EVO trailing arms. Perfect alignment of drive shaft and pinion and from full bump to full droop.
Best part of all this is... you do NOT have to install trailing arms to make this possible. EVO will be making this triangulated 4-link setup available for their existing coilover kit and even standard coils and shocks setup. The only thing you will need to do is have one of their fuel tanks installed.
I was about to ask this lol any hint of what is in store?LOL - I think something a little bigger under the hood first will be necessary for that.
The rear axle has a truss on itSince nobody seemed to have noticed, there is one other mod that can be seen on our Gladiator...
Ha! If I know EVO they’ll keep coming out with cool stuff for the JL tooBet you wish you still had your JT
I hear ya. Sometimes I still wish I had my JLURHa! If I know EVO they’ll keep coming out with cool stuff for the JL too
I saw the bigger gas tank, but didn't say anything. I don't know that I like it's location and how low it hangs.Since nobody seemed to have noticed, there is one other mod that can be seen on our Gladiator...
It’s probably the perfect location. Will help keep that light ass rear end level when full of fuel.I saw the bigger gas tank, but didn't say anything. I don't know that I like it's location and how low it hangs.
Been talking to MotechI was about to ask this lol any hint of what is in store?
LOL - the rear bumper is new. Now has a hitch receiver and ports for the sensors. The rear axle has a truss on it

Actually, I think it only looks low because of the high-n-tight bumper and trimmed bed sides. And yes, I’m thinking the weight back there will be a help. It’s probably the perfect location. Will help keep that light ass rear end level when full of fuel.
My new one doesn't have the rear sensors. Hell it doesn't have the hitch receiver eitherLOL - the rear bumper is new. Now has a hitch receiver and ports for the sensors.
Having the fuel below the bed is great for cog…it really helps offset weight on top of a rack…Actually, I think it only looks low because of the high-n-tight bumper and trimmed bed sides. And yes, I’m thinking the weight back there will be a help.
