35s on my JKU. I run 15-20 psi when I air down to kill the washboard feel. Just when you think you don’t need to air down, you do. Ha ha

37s on beadlocks.
Air down pressure changes depending on conditions. Places like Moab where traction is plenty, 15 works, and looses less differential clearance. Many trails 11 or so, while sand or snow go 8 or even less.

I drop to 15 usually. I use a pen and look at the TPMS monitor on the dash 😂 not very efficient I must admit

I have a JKU with 40’s and KMC Machetes. Depending on the difficulty of the trail I’ll air down to 12-8 psi.

On the pavement I’ll do 28-30 based on how much stuff I’m carrying.

I forgot to add, I have one of the EVO air down tools- it’s the best i have ever owned. Super easy to use and very precise.

I typically run around 8-10 psi with beadlock. I'm running 37s on 17 inch. Before beadlock I would run around 10-12 in dry conditions, never had a problem but almost lost a bead once hah.

I typically run my tires at about 14-16 psi most any time I hit dirt and just to smooth out the ride. On the rocks, I'll go down to 8-10 psi depending on how tough the trail is.
wonder what is safe for factory rims with out them loose there bead

I would say it depends on how wide of a tire you're running. If you're talking factory tires, I may not go down below 12-14 and only if I really had to. But, if you were running bigger/wider tires, 10-12 with a certain amount of confidence. The factory wheels are really narrow and back in the day, we did this on purpose and called them poor man's beadlocks.

37” Cooper STT Pro’s, on 17” KMC XD-231 beadlocks.
26-28 psi cold for the highway
15-20 for general off-roading
12-15 for rock crawling

I originally thought I would need to air down a bit more for crawling but the coopers seem to squish pretty well with 12-15 psi.

Thanks for doing the giveaway, that’s really generous. I have the Australian brand air down tool already though
