Picking A Lift

Yeah, look around. From what I understand, a lot of the spacers are the same quality. I looked at NR4x4, Quadratec, Morris 4x4, eBay and ultimately bought on Amazon since I'm a prime member. I was primarily looking for the 1" that would work, but saw multiple choices in all kinds of sizes.

Go cheap, get a budget boost or you can find a 1.5" or 2.5" lift on craiglist pretty cheap from someone upgrading. Add some real shocks and call it a day. Don't forget to adjust your drag link and re-center the steering oh and most coils lift will lift over their named height if you have stock bumpers.

Cheapest budget boost works, get some quick disconnects and I have a hard on for Bilsteins shocks but just about any shock will beat the stock ones.

I was considering going with the Rough Country 2.5inch BB lift for only $180. My dad has this one on his jk and he likes it. Any thoughts?

I was also considering adding the AEV 2.5inch geometry correction brackets to increase the handling and fix the stance back to normal. Would anyone recommend this?

And then maybe down the road buying some new shocks or grabbing some free rubi take offs.

Like someone else mentioned ever budget boost is about the same as far as spacer quality. I personally think the brackets are a waste of money. Get a budget boost find out what you want out of your jeep, then buy a premium lift that fits your needs. Consider shocks now several make a 2" to 4" lift variation. I bought my Bilstein used from a guy upgrading, they were 9 months old and were involved in a previous roll and worked great. I'll be going 5160s soon.
