Oil from serpentine tensioner bolt hole

Removed the serpentine belt tensioner. Upon remover the upper bolt from the block, a small amount of oil seeped out. Anyone ever see this before?

Did it come from somewhere else and just drip down the back of the pulley?

Nope. Weeped out of the bolt hole. Very odd.

I've replaced the belt tensioner on my 2010 JKU and did not have any oil.
