I cant speak for EVO's newest bumper, but the 1/4 pounder does not require cutting of the frame horns. Of the major brands, the only bumper I know that requires cutting of the horns is the poison spider BFH line front bumpers.

I don't think the new one requires ANY cutting.

looks like I found my new rear bumper! glad I didnt get that fascia lol. although the naked look with evo d-ring mounts is growing on me... plus its a lot cheaper

Yes that's the stock bumper. I didn't know what bumper I wanted. Just put the a PS one on yesterday.

Yes they are. Unbolt the pinch bolt, adjust them tighten the pinch bolt.

So after loosening the small bolt, rotating the huge ass nut makes the adjustment? I just wanted to be sure so i dont strip something out. Theyre pretty close. Prolly wouldnt hurt to dial down the caster a degree or two to get my pinion angle just a bit better. Mainly i just wanna fix this...

Ok. It doesnt look like the thru hols are parallel so though maybe it would get in a bind.
Edit: the axle end and the frame end is what i mean.
