Noroad's Build

ya we have a little time before we leave but i have been changing bad parts out and getting it ready for a bit here, almost done then a nice run through and we should be off! thanks man

Yea man no prob when I was in scouts I had that little saying stamped on my head "be prepared" and it has stuck with me ever since

Andrew, that packaging looks familiar :thankyou:....Ha! Glad to see they made it to you safely and looking forward to seeing them installed. As for the sliders, I can attest they're very quite. Still, the AGM's will be a nice upgrade.

Here's the pics Panda.

thank you

I can't tell how bad it's hitting in the pics but mine and Ricky's both rub at full droop

So at full drop you can see the u joint would be .5 or 1 inch higher(the shaft is long enough). I ordered exhaust spacers to see if that would help, or do i need a strap for the drivers side?

EDIT
This pic helps a lot, if the exhaust was lower to the skid almost touching it, then it would be perfect.

Thank you again man! cant wait to get them on!

Congrats again on the coilovers bro!!!

Thanks steve maybe some wheeling in TN on my way back from CA!

You shouldn't even need the spacers at all. It's only going to make contact at full droop, ie: while it's on your lift with both front wheels off the ground. I went out in my driveway yesterday and flexed mine and there's still a good couple inches before it touches that tube. Drop it on the ground, put the driveshaft in and flex it, you'll see what we mean. At any rate, I wouldn't do an exhaust spacer. It will only lower that tube and maybe cause a clearance issue as well as give you yet another path of least resistance for an exhaust leak.

Axle hitting at full droop? Unless you jump your jeep, you'll be fine.

The drive shaft was hitting at full drop on the lift! I guess ill install on the ground and see, just dont want to roast the ladies new shaft haha

You won't hurt the shaft, you may dent (clearance) the exhaust a little but like olram said if you don't plan on jumping the jeep you should have no worries
