Since Cooter’s and the Dukes of Hazzard Museum were right down the road we had to go.

Getting thirsty so we stopped at a new brewery for a beer. The owner is deaf so all of his beers have a ‘sign’ for ordering. I had a dark ale which was delicious and then this Barleywine which was also delicious but had a punch like Iron Mike Tyson!

We were really close to one of our favorite local distilleries Copper Fox so we stopped in for some prohibition style cocktails and a snack.

Luray Caverns are pretty cool, however after seeing Lehman Caverns in Nevada we are really spoiled. Luray caverns are very commercialized and Lehman Caverns were the exact opposite.

Great trip. Wife and I hit most of the museums and the caverns you posted last year when we were visiting DC and Mount Vernon!!! Much better time spent!!!

I toured these caverns when I was a kid! Super cool, my great uncle used to live not too far from there.
