No lift with 40s!!

Just found this online, and I'm not sure it's real... Stock JK with 40s, no lift and flat flares. Thoughts??

I took it as it has the coils from a 4 door under it.

4 door coils will give a small lift on a two door, and with new shocks it flexes pretty well
