Yes it was a sad day. I think we are witnessing the end of Roethlisberger's career. I think his arm is just tired and worn out after the surgery.
I hope I'm wrong, but he's been really off the past 5-6 games. Unfortunately the running game can't take up the slack like Denver did for Manning his last year.

It sure has been an awesome run. It's so hard to come to grips that it's almost over. Hell, 17 years and 3 SB's. We may luck into something in the draft, but replacing someone with that has his abilities is gonna be very tough. Hey, it may still get turned around some the rest of this year, who knows. But things don't look so hot right now. Pretty much gotta win out now. With games left against possible playoff teams this will be a good test. :idontknow:

You never know when you get a ringer...it’s not always in the first round, like a Russell Wilson or Tom Brady...and for the Steelers, it will have to be a later pick as they are usually too successful to get a top 5 pick

In a completely inconsequential game except to Raider & Bronco fans, the Raiders win with a two point conversion with seconds left...only needing to block a 63 yard fg attempt to seal the deal.

Again, waiting until next year...

Yes, once again I have pretty much given up on the Donkeys from Denver.

They have been completely disfunctional for years now.

I was really hoping the Raiders would come through with their traditional defensive fail at the end of the game. Alas it was not meant to be. Another crappy season.

At least Elway resigned as GM. Passing on Josh Allen for Bradley Chubb, that worked out. He hasn't had much luck with his draft picks.

I was fully expecting the Raiders to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory yet again...but of course they always perform the opposite of what is expected...
