I agree with the others $4K on a soft top is a bit ridiculous. I would much rather spend my money elsewhere like a PSC steering kit. lol

This is what happens when companies come through on products people ask for. 
The warranty statement says everything you need to know about their confidence in the eTop. Their premium Twill is reduced from 5yr to 3yr. Windows only covered for 1yr (cracking, dimples, and creases are not covered.) Any warranty is only provided to the original purchaser. I cringe seeing the windows crumpled up and the mess back there with the top down.
I hope you passed on this. Any bad experience will just have you attached to it.

I have a buddy that is in his 80's and has a 2-door. Every summer he has one of his workers take the doors & top off & he'll drive it all Summer long like that. He'll get caught in the rain a bunch & doesn't have any way to cover himself so he just suffers. I can see a market for people like him that can't raise & lower a top themselves but honestly, how much easier can they make the tops to operate like the JL version? Looks aside, they're night and day better than those goddam zippers on a 10 tear old top in the cold to operate. Other than that & Bronco drivers, I really don't see much of a market for these. Or maybe the folks that have theirs parked in a garage next to an AMG or 911...
