This is my 12 sport with rubi takeoffs, suspension, wheels/tires and a Teraflex leveling kit. Got some jks quicker discos and was good. Nothing crazy, but on a budget got to where I needed. Recently picked up a uniden 520xl and mount for above the rear view for cheap as well. Just keep an eye out for sales. Good luck with the build
Depending on where in NM you live, there's a Pilot/Flying J nearby. They have a frequent fueler program for truckers, RVers and I believe even for the average joe. I'm a trucker so I have a card for that. I earn a penny for every gallon of fuel I put on, at times 200 gallons a day. These points can be used for merchandise, (such as CB's). I have bought several with my points for myself and a few close friends on here.
